USES OF EACH INGREDIENT

1. The function of Alpha-GPC on growth hormone

• GH is a hormone secreted by the anterior pituitary gland that regulates growth, new cell formation, and metabolism. This hormone is best known for its effect in promoting the growth of cartilage and bone. Cartilage cells and osteoblasts receive signals from growth hormone, increasing their replication and thus growing in size.
• Once the growth plates in a child's bones have fused, the hormone GH will no longer stimulate height growth; instead, it functions to maintain a stable, normal body structure.
• Therefore, if there is a deficiency of GH, children tend to be stunted and experience delayed physical development.

2. Uses of BCAA:

• Among the nine essential amino acids that cannot be absorbed naturally, there is a small group of three unique amino acids separated by their branched-chain structure, called BCAAs (Branched-Chain Amino Acids). The components of BCAAs include: Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine.
• BCAAs can accelerate recovery and reduce muscle fatigue, and increase protein absorption. In addition, BCAAs make up a large portion of the essential amino acids in the body; therefore, if you engage in high-intensity activity without sufficient BCAAs, your body is very susceptible to muscle catabolism. 3. Uses of DHA:

• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is one of the most important omega-3 fatty acids for the body. While, like most other omega-3 fatty acids, DHA is associated with numerous health benefits, it is an essential component of every cell in the body and a crucial structural component of the skin, eyes, and brain. In fact, DHA accounts for up to 90% of omega-3 fatty acids and 25% of total fatty acids in the brain. Omega-3 supplementation may: support brain function, enhance neurotransmission and neuronal sensitivity, support improved vision, help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, and support improved sleep quality.

4. CPP
